Exchange and Returns

  • We will only allow exchange for wrong item sent within 3 working days from dispatch date.
  • Please take a picture of the item and email to us the issue with your order number. We will review and respond on how to go about it.
  • Item must be returned in ORIGINAL condition (should not be used or box removed etc).
  • Customer will be responsible to ensure the exchange item is packed and sealed properly for local courier shipping only where the cost will be borne by customer. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of mail in connection to these return items.
  • Note that as items are made of ceramic, natural roughness, some stains and colour unevenness is unavoidable.
  • Cera Lifestyle Pte Ltd’s decision is final.
